Morgan Carroll boxes Packages for The Troops with the Douglas County Dems

Morgan Carroll will join host Bob Owens and the Douglas County Democrats at a Packing Party for Packages for The Troops. The packages will be sent to troops stationed in our area who are deployed overseas. Bring items to be packed such as individually wrapped hard candy (no chocolate), other packable snacks, toiletries, books, magazines, and CDs. Money for postage would also be a big help. Bob will provide Flat Rate Boxes, tape, customs forms, and a little snack food along with the items he will bring to pack.

Philip S Miller Library in Castle Rock, 100 S Wilcox St, Castle Rock, CO  80104.

Start time is 1:00PM in Bank Room East.  We have the room until 3:00pm, but expect to be done before then.

This is a fun as well as a worthy event, so bring a friend, pack boxes and socialize.
